ORDERING INFORMATION

Payment Methods

Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. We accept money order in Australian dollars only. We do not accept money order in any other currency.

Telephone Orders

If you prefer to place your order via telephone, please call us between the hours of 10am - 5pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday at +61 2 9332 2990. Please have your credit card information ready.

Facsimile Orders

Orders may be sent via fax to +61 2 9810 2826. The fax line is available 24 hours a day. Please state in your order the quantity, style, colour and size making sure to include your payment details along with with a contact phone or fax number just in case we need to contact you to confirm some details. Freight charges will apply as detailed in our Shipping Information page.

Mail Orders

Mail your order to: Hugo Designer Dogwear 17 Napoleon Street ROZELLE NSW 2039 AUSTRALIA. Your order will describe quantity, size, style, colour along with your address and telephone number. If you want us to ship the goods to another address please let us know in your order. Don't forget to include your payment details in your order. Freight charges will apply as detailed in our Shipping Information page.

Custom Orders

You may decide to order a custom made item from us where the arrangement of designs, size or colour differ from our normal range on offer. This is considered a "custom order". Please choose carefully as custom orders are not refundable.

Returns, Exchange and Repairs

Hugo Designer Dogwear accepts returns/exchanges provided that the goods are in their original condition and have been purchased from us directly. Custom orders are not accepted for return or exchange.

Returns: Send the item(s) to Hugo Designer Dogwear, 17 Napoleon Street ROZELLE NSW 2039 AUSTRALIA with original proof of purchase.

Refunds: If the original purchase was made through us directly, your credit card details will be required for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges: Send the item(s) to Hugo Designer Dogwear, 17 Napoleon Street ROZELLE NSW 2039 AUSTRALIA with original proof of purchase. Include in the parcel a self-addressed fully stamped or prepaid satchel for us to send you the exchanged item(s). Tell us what you would like to exchange the item for by specifying the required size, colour and design.

Faulty Products: We will replace, repair or refund any faulty products. If an item you have purchased has been damaged by accident or just got worn out, we will be happy to repair it for you at a cost to you.

SHIPPING FEES

Within Australia: You should allow a postage and handling fee of AU$5.50 for up to 3 items. For 4 to 6 items, allow a postage fee of AU$10.00. If your order consists of cat collars only or small items like charms or tags or poo bag holders we will charge you only the postage fee based on weight only. Usually, postage fee for a cat collar is $2. If you order only little crystal charm letters and no other items from our range, the freight charges will be reduced to a very affordable amount. Postage to Australia will be charged at $2 for up to 5 letters. When ordering, the shopping basket will show a freight charge for the number of items as if you were ordering dog collars or leads. We will not charge you this freight charge if your order only include charms or tags. We will modify the freight charge when we receive your order.

New Zealand: You should allow a postage and handling fee of AU$10.00 for up to 2 items. For 3 to 5 items, allow a postage and handling fee of AU$13. If your order consists of cat collars only or small items like charms or tags or poo bag holders we will charge you only the postage fee based on weight only. Usually, postage fee for a cat collar is $5. If you order only little crystal charm letters and no other items from our range, the freight charges will be reduced to a very affordable amount. Postage to New Zealand will be charged at $4 for up to 5 letters. When ordering, the shopping basket will show a freight charge for the number of items as if you were ordering dog collars or leads.
